| Examines and treats disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system in infants, children, and teenagers. Diagnoses patients with the aid of diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings. May perform invasive medical procedures to help with diagnosis or treatment. Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD.
