| Requirements and Responsibilities For Manufacturing Total Quality Analyst II |
| Supports and maintains the manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Collects, analyzes, and reports quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Performs internal audits and assists with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and operational performance. Monitors customer and employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing-related business systems and processes. Prepares and maintains quality documentation, control plans, and standard operating procedures to support consistency in manufacturing practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
