Requirements and Responsibilities For Legal Records Specialist IV
Ensures the control and storage of legal records comply with external regulations and organizational standards. Implements processes for electronic/paper document collection, storage, controlled access/retrieval, archives, and disposal. Classifies records, maintains indexes of files, and monitors/maintains version controls, document numbering, and titling. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
