| Requirements and Responsibilities For Legal Records Specialist II |
| Ensures the control and storage of legal records comply with external regulations and organizational standards. Implements processes for electronic/paper document collection, storage, controlled access/retrieval, archives, and disposal. Classifies records, maintains indexes of files, and monitors/maintains version controls, document numbering, and titling. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
