| Requirements and Responsibilities For Beverage Manager - Casino |
| Manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. |
