| Requirements and Responsibilities For Visual Merchandiser II |
| Designs and executes in-store displays, layouts, and window arrangements for retail goods in accordance with company standards and product strategies. Creates effective displays to optimize the shopping experience, maximize customer engagement, and drive sales. Assembles, maintains, and updates product presentation, signage, and fixtures to ensure visual consistency, appeal, and upkeep. Monitors store presentation to improve the visual impact and ensure information about products, sales, clearance, or special events is clearly displayed and communicated. Collaborates with store teams to support promotions, seasonal changes, and product launches. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
