| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of ESG Program |
| Oversees the ESG function and sets the strategic vision and governance to advance sustainability, ethical business conduct, and long-term value creation. Establishes and evolves ESG policies, standards, and operating frameworks aligned with global regulations and corporate priorities. Drives ESG data integrity, reporting, and assurance to enable transparency, informed decision-making, and accountability across the organization. Partners with executive leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to embed responsible practices, anticipate emerging risks and opportunities, and elevate corporate reputation and performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
