| Requirements and Responsibilities For Office Automation Senior Manager |
| Evaluates and implements office automation equipment and peripherals to boost productivity and efficiency. Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment and software to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitors the development and execution of training and provides advanced end user support to drive adoption and effective use. Coordinates with other business functions to identify potential opportunities to facilitate organizational improvement and success. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
