Requirements and Responsibilities For Nurse Recruiter
Recruits qualified applicants for licensed practical nurses, graduate nurse positions, or positions requiring registered nurse licensure. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Interviews candidates and refers them to the appropriate clinical service. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. May require RN license. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
