| Requirements and Responsibilities For Provider Network Senior Analyst |
| Responsible for evaluating and analyzing a network of healthcare providers and facilities to ensure effective operations and coverage of services. Researches and collects information to evaluate healthcare providers and identify areas for network expansion. Identifies and recruits healthcare providers and facilities to fill network gaps, ensuring adequate coverage for members. Manages, reviews, negotiates, and renews contracts in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Monitors patient access and cost efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
