| Requirements and Responsibilities For Private Banking Senior Manager |
| Manages a team of private bankers to deliver specialized financial and banking services for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees client relationship management and ensures the delivery of customized financial solutions. Develops strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management. Monitors the private banking deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Evaluates team performance and provides coaching, training, and development opportunities. Collaborates with product specialists to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
