| Requirements and Responsibilities For ORACLE Business Analysis Manager |
| Manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Oracle-PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that Oracle-PeopleSoft ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Oracle-PeopleSoft modules. Manages Oracle-PeopleSoft vendors and facilitates communication to identify new applications or technology. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
