| Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Loan Officer II |
| Solicits and services a variety of residential mortgage loans. Interviews applicants, collects financial data and documents, and makes recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower's needs. Assists buyers in the purchase process through closing. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. |
