| Requirements and Responsibilities For Document Imaging Supervisor II |
| Oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Implements procedures for scanning documents and verifies the quality of digital images. Manages images according to the organization's guidelines. Delegates workflow and trains equipment operators. Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to equipment when necessary. Ensures proper use of equipment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
