| Manages and directs the operations department for a financial institution. Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Develops and implements polices and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a senior manager. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
